Our big top tents are temperature-controlled since we want to make sure our guest are comfortable in our shows.

Our box office opens 90 minutes prior to the starting time of the first show of the day and remains open until half an hour after the starting time of the last show of the day.

What happens if the show is canceled?
If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circ*mstances, prior to the show date, all ticket holders will be contacted to arrange to see another performance. If a cancellation happens during the show, please follow the instructions that will be given by the Cirque du Soleil on-site staff.

You’re welcome to bring a stroller on site, however you are invited to leave the stroller in a secure space outside the big top during the show. Once on site, please speak with one of our staff for more information.

Small, pocket-sized cameras – no lenses - and phones are allowed. For the safety of our artists and the comfort of our audience members, only pictures without flash and short videos below the shoulder are permitted.
